12U Cornhole Tournament

To help offset costs for our 12U McHenry Cobras team to get to Cooperstown, NY in 2021, we are hosting a Cornhole Tournament fundraiser.  Please fill out the form below (one per team) to register for the event.  We look forward to seeing you for an awesome tournament!

Details:
-Sunday, October 11 at Noon

-The Breakers (Patio)
 7728 IL-Route 14
 Crystal Lake

-Entry fee is $40 per team (Venmo to @riles21 or Paypal to [email protected])
-Prizes for 1st ($200), 2nd, and 3rd place.  Other raffles and prizes, including a prize for best team theme
-The bracket will be filled by pulling teams from a hat.  We will play a double elimination tournament so everyone is guaranteed at least two games.
